TRAINING REGISTRATION

GROUP TRAINING
Training created for beginners and also for advanced. The training includes general exercises on different muscles, always with a certain focus. Group training is a combination of endurance, strength, explosiveness and technique, so everyone comes to their own.

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
Individual training is assembled according to requirements of client. It depends on what he wants to achieve. Whether it's an increase in fitness, strength, strength of a certain part of the body, or fat reduction. The trainer creates a training plan specifically for the client.

STREET TRAINING
A form that is based on calisthenics, and usually takes place on the bar, parallel bars, the gymnastic circles, and underfoot. On training, we learn street elements, difficult assemblies that can be later transferred to competition and exhibit forms. In this training everyone learns something new , which moves them further.
